Refund policy

Once cancellation is initiated successfully, please return the item in good condition within 7-10 working days. The Amount (less shipping and handling) will be credited directly to the customers bank account (credit/debit card) within 7-14 business days through which the payment has been made. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. No cancellation request accepted once the order has been shipped/delivered, however, see the No Questions Asked Return Policy below.

Return Policy

If an item ordered by you on blaft.com is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at blaft@blaft.com for a replacement. When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost.

To provide you a worry free shopping experience on Blaft.com, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any item in its original packaging, for a refund.

When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. You can also call us and notify us of you returning an item.
